My grandfather Frank ZELEVITCH came over Fr Poland (as stated on 1910 census) 1906. Just says Aus/Poland. He lived in Newark, NJ at the taken of the 1910 census. Where and who do I write to in Newark to obtain these papers. Also never requesting this before, what should I include in my request (what info do they need in order to search). I was told that my grandmother would become a citizen automatically once he became one. If this is true how can I get information on her then. Like where she was born, parents etc. Does anyone know approx. what time the 1910 census were taken? I was also that depending on this, I may have to write to the Archives. Sorry for all the questions. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :) Estelle Florida looking for ZELEVITCH ZELEWICZ LYNCH FISCHER BAEBI SEDLAK, Essex County >> My father arrived from Scotland in 1914 and I found his Declaration of Intent, his Arrival Certificate and his Naturalization Papers, all original, in the NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) in New York City, even though he was Naturalized in Federal Court in Newark, NJ.
