Hi, I was wondering if anybody can do a lookup for me in the Newark NJ directories after 1908. Someone did a look up for 1910 and 1911 and didn't find my great grandfather, Francis McNicholas but at this point I am really stuck. He moved from Troy NY, he had worked in the iron works up there. There is no soundex for the 1910 census and he isn't listed on the 1920 census. I also checked NY for him since my grandparents were there in 1920 and he isn't listed with them either. I have also seen him listed as Frank and also with a last name of McNichols. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Elise http://www.cport.com/elise
