Does anyone have any knowledge of a St. John's Cemetery? Family history stated two cemeteries, one called Old St. John's and another one called St. John's Cemetery. One might have been partially in Newark and partially in Orange. The graves could have been moved to the Catholic Cemetery in North Arlington. I found on the Newark page under cemeteries that a St. John's was moved to North Arlington. Over the years I have written numerous letters and have never had a response. The records that LDS has copied of this church started in 1850. The Murtha's and the Dodd's were buried there 1878-1905 and I would like to find out who has the records or if there is still a cemetery in Essex County called St. John's. Thank you.
