Hi, I have the name, month, year, and place of death of my great-grandmother, but not the exact date (it was in the 1940s). Do you think that's enough to get a death certificate? In regards to the recent discussion about cause of death: I always write on the letter or form my relation to the person, and I've never had a death certificate come back with the cause of death blanked out.
