Hello Essex County Researchers, I hope everyone had a happy holiday. I've added some more photos to the Virtual Newark Web Site. One is an aerial view of part of Woodland Cemetery. I've also added the original map of Newark 1666 showing the residential lots and an altered version showing today's streets. For those of you who have experienced a loss of mail please note that Rootsweb has done some upgrading that may have affected some service. In the future please remember that this list doesn't get mail everyday and if you suspect a problem please email me privately. This avoids non list mail going to the list AND keeps unwanted bounces from my personal mailbox. At any one time I am "carrying" up to 5 list members that are having ISP problems. So every time a message goes to the list I can get 5 bounces in my mailbox. I would also like to know if there is any interest in adding addition "boards" to the Essex County Genealogy Web Site, such as Obituary, Wills, Biography, Deeds, Bible Records, or Pensions?
