To the List: I research at a local LDS Family History Center almost every week with a several other researchers none of whom are Mormon. We have never had a problem with any of the volunteers who staff the library; in fact, they couldn't be more helpful. I also go to Salt Lake to the main library once a year to do research. Never, in all the times I've been to either facility have I ever been treated with anything but kindness, generosity of spirit, and helpfulness. I personally think the elders of the Church would be appalled by any ungracious conduct toward researchers by their volunteers. Regards, Pat Giovanni Sunnyvale, CA
