There is a possibility that my ggg grandmother was buried in the 1st Presby. cemetery and I would love to find her. Her name at the time of her death was Matilda Mattax (or any spelling variation thereof) and she was married to Absolom Mattax. She died on 4 Oct 1858. Her maiden name was Matilda Mills Breese and the name of her first husand was Amos Straw. There is a record of her membership at the Newark Presbyterian Church, so just maybe she was buried there? Finding those lists might be very helpful, Judy Martin commjet@aol.com
