    3. Maybe it all depends of who opens your mail! I sent a letter of request for a birth certificate and a marriage license, giving all the pertinent information. Because the marriage license would have required a search through two or more years, they returned by check with a notice that more money was required, even though there was more than enough to cover the birth certificate. They also sent the form which on which they required the information be submitted. I had to submit both of them over again. Glad you found them helpful.
