Dan - I have done some research at Holy Sepulchre. I contacted the staff and they sent me the section map. When I visited the cemetery they had someone help me locate the graves. I was there several years ago. The workers drove to two different gravesites (my sister & I followed in our car) to show me where they were located and they even waited while I took pictures at the first one and then we went to the another gravesite. They were really nice. Maybe things have changed. I guess you can wait until there are no workers around and take all the pictures you want. It's a big place so they can't be in every place at the same time.
