    1. Census lookup for SPINGLER
    2. Lise Doss
    3. Hello, Would someone please do me a big favor and see if there is a Carl SPINGLER listed in the 1870 or 1880 census for NJ? Or any SPINGLER, if there is no Carl SPINGLER? I think he lived in Newark. Is anyone on the list researching this family? He came from Germany and married a Marie FELDWEG. Thanks, Lise _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. Visit http://www.msn.com

    2. Dear Muriel, I own a copy of the PIERSON MILLENNIUM published in 1997 and I looked up every Mary Ann Pierson mentioned in the book (15 of them) and not a one had a birth date of 1811. Where is your Mary Ann buried and when did she die? Is is possible that she was the widow of a Pierson and Mr. A. Smith was her second husband? Sorry I couldn't find anything for you on your search, Judy Martin commjet@aol.com

    1. WILLIAMS, Samuel
    2. Marilyn Hesse
    3. Hello Listers- I am trying to resolve conflicting information re Samuel Williams ( -d.20 Oct. 1801) buried in First Pres.Church Yard, Elizabeth, Essex/Union Co.; married Jane (b.1734-d.20 Feb. 1807),born and died in Elizabeth, Essex/Union Co., NJ. Family records say he was the son of Elizabeth (Foster?) and Joseph WILLIAMS (1713-1776), who was the son of Joseph WILLIAMS (cir.1683-1737) and wife Mary. This Joseph was the first son of Samuel WILLIAMS (1653-1706), who moved to Exssex Co. from Connecticut and married Esther WHEELER. Samuel was the son of Matthew WILLIAMS (cir 1605-1679) and Susannah COLE of Wethersfield, CT. However, I have just received the book "The Williams Families of NJ (Descendants of Matthew Williams of Wethersfield, CT)" by Lyle Keith Williams, which claims that my Samuel is the son of Phebe & Miles WILLIAMS, the son of Samuel, the son of Thomas, the son of Matthew (above). Which is it, and how can I check it out? -- Marilyn Mills Hesse mmhesse@snet.net Windsor, Connecticut, USA Researching: HAMILTON/McQUISTON/MILLS/MOORE/WILSON - in Pennsylvania (Crawford Co.& Mercer Co.);N.Ireland;Liverpool,UK CRAIGHEAD/LYNCH/MOODY/ROBINSON - in PA (Beaver Co) and N.
