Hi Everyone I am trying for some information on the Civil War Pension Index: General Index to Pension Files, 1861-1934. I have a lot of these files but I can not read all the information on the form as follows: 1. Upper Right Corner of the form, There is something Typed. What dose it say? ________________________ 2. Upper Left Typed says: Name of _____________________ Can not read the last word, what is it? 3. Left, right below the above Typed says: Name of ________________ Can not read the last word, what is it? 3a. & b. To the right of the above Typed says in the top part: _____________ & bottom part:______________? I can not make them out, what do they say? 5. Next Block down left side Typed says: _____________________ I can not make it out, what dose it say? 6. Next Block down on left side Typed says: Date of ____________ I can not make out the last word, what is it? 6a. to the right of above Typed says: C__________ I can not make the rest of it out, what is it? 6b. to the right of the above Typed says: Application NO. Please tell me if I am right? Or what it says? 6c. to the right of the above Typed says: Certificate NO. Please tell me if I am right? Or what it says? 6d. to the right of the above Typed says: State ____________________ I can not make out the rest, what dose it say? 7. Far Left hand side below 6. above Typed says: A ________________ Can not read the rest, what dose it say? 8. To the Far right at the bottom it has something Typed says: ________________________________________? I can not make any of it out and it looks like it may be written upside down but not sure __________________ is it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am trying to set the files up so anyone can read them, by retyping those spots and sticking them on there.
