I noted your recent emails about Ogden, etc. Raccoon Creek (near Ohio River) can be found on the map by searching for Hookstown, PA or the Raccoon Creek State Park in PA on RT 18 above intersection of RT 168. I think that there were few families who llived in the area in that time period that did not have some family members either killed or taken captives by the Indians. The freedom to have land was a pretty strong pull!
