Seeking further information on William SAYER, born about 1840, who married Rachael GARRISON 19 February 1862 in Bridgeton. Their children were Mary E., born 4 May 1864 in Pittsgrove, Ida and Amanda. Mary E. married Andrew J. SHILES 2 February 1888 in Elmer. Andrew was the son of William SHINN (who adopted his mother's maiden name of SHILES) and Christianna VANAMAN.
