    1. [NJCUMBER-L] Re: [NJGLOUCE-L] MOOD/STUTZ; DEU>USA;c.1850
    2. Maxine, Thanks for the reply. Last month I drove over there from the shore and met that man at the fruit stand, selling blueberry bushes. His name is Richard Mood, probably a very distant cousin on my fathers side. Unfortunately he didn't really know much about his ancestors. I think his gggrandfather and my gggrand were the original George and Charles Mood who established that farming area in Elk/Ferrell. He gave me the name of an elderly cousin of his, May Erlack. I spoke to her housekeeper and she was able to give me very little info after asking May some of my questions. She didn't really remember my ggrandmother, Sarah Mood Lacy, but did vaguely recall that she had lived in Camden at one time, after being married to my ggrandfather, William French Lacy. Hopefully I'll be able to connect to someone who knows something!! Thank you for you very kind offer though. Best Regards, Joan in NJ
