    3. I would tend to agree with you .... should something happen to Mr Reeves, then who would then be in charge of these records? Is there any committee or council in Cumberland County that could request the records be copies without getting a response that amounts to Mr Reeves saying "No you can't copy them" . After all, they aren't his personal property and there should be an extensive copy somewhere other than his basement.     3. Maybe the best people to do this would be either the Millville Historical Society or maybe the LDS, as they travel to different place to scan things like this. I know that anytime I have George Reeves, he has always tried to be helpful, but yes I agree that the records should be scanned by another party of interest. I know when I had called for listing of an ancestor in the Frenchtown Cemetery (Hunterdon County), he also kept the records in his basement.
