The Greenwich Tea Burning Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) is looking for new members for their chapter of the Children of the American Revolution (CAR). We are trying to bring this chapter back together. It has been disbanded for a while. Any child between the ages of birth and 21 , who are lineal descendants of any man or woman who rendered aid to the cause American Independence is qualified to join. If the child has a relative that is a member of the DAR or SAR (Sons of the American Revolution) , then they are qualified. The CAR is the oldest patriotic organization for youths in the country. It trains them to be good citizens, develops good leaders and promotes love of the United States of America and it's heritage.
