While there is mention of the Tuckahoe and Maurice River area of New Jersey, please let me intercept here with mention of my family that was from this area. I have not posted anything on this family for a number of years. So I thought with possibly new people here on the list I would repost. Within your research you may have come across these names. This is my biggest brick wall in my research and has been for many years for many family members trying to find and break it. David Taylor born circa 1770's married August 21, 1798 in Cumberland County to Suzanna Williams born 1776 PLEASE NOTE: When the marriage of David and Suzanna was recorded, it was recorded as Naylor instead of Taylor. But our family name has always been Taylor. Children: Thankful Taylor 1807-1882 Whitefield W. Taylor 1809-1894 (do not confuse with Whitefield B. Taylor) Hannah Taylor 1814-1889 Parents of Suzanna Williams were Barlow Williams and Mehetable Carll Parents of Barlow were John Williams and Thankful Barlow Parents of David Taylor mentioned above are unknown. Some pairs of Taylors exist but cannot be confirmed as being David's parents. I am looking for anything thing that would confirm David Taylor's birth date, baptism date, who his parents and/or siblings were. If anyone knows these names and/or families or comes across them in their research of the Tuckahoe and Maurice River area please contact me. Thank you Sharon
