Unfortunately I don't know when David Edwards died. I do know he was still living in Maurice River Twp. at the time of the 1860 Census. However he does not appear in the 1870 Census(including all states) or in any later census. Therefore I assume(probably not a good thing to do) that he died prior to 1870 which would mean that there would be no death certificate available showing the names of his parents. My 3rd great grandmother died in Deerfield 12/23/1850 and her death certificate says the name o fher father.
