I have a ancestor that was a possible beneficiary in a will in signed at Cohansy Bridge, Cumberland County, New Jersey. The will was signed in 1759, which would have made my ancestor only sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) years old at the time. Was he of legal age to be a beneficiary? Thanking anyone in advance for any information. Sincerely, Roger K. Terrill Wooster, Ohio
Pam, I was just informed that you may have some books that could help me with research in the Cumberland/Salem County, New Jersey area. I am researching the Terril surname. Do you have books that you would be willing to do some look-ups for me on? Please let me know what books you have and if you would be willing to do some look-ups for me. If you are willing, then I will send more information. Thank you. Sincerely, Roger K. Terrill Wooster, Ohio

Dear Edna, Try the Vineland Historical Society at 108 South 7th Street, Vineland, NJ 08360. They were very helpful with information on my great-great grandfather Carlo Quairoli who helped establish the Italian colony in Vineland in the 1870s. If you know the date of his death, you could probably search through microfilm of newspapers from that date at the Millville Public Library. You could also contact the Cumberland County Historical Society, P.O. Box 16, Greenwich, NY 09323. GOOD LUCK!
