    1. First marriage of Edna G. Elmer to Lloyd
    2. Mary Hill
    3. The 1920 census in Bridgeton lists Edna G. Lloyd, living with her parents, Lafayette and Annie Elmer. She is listed as a widow. Does anyone know if her first husband was Branson [Brancson] Lloyd who was killed in action in France in WWI on 7/24/1918? Edna later married George E. PEDRICK and they had Marianne D. PEDRICK. Thank you for any information you might know about Branson or Edna. Mary Hill

    3. They may not have died in NJ. I have found many a relative who died in Pennsylvania whom I found at Overlook. Perhaps you could write/call Overlook and they might have a record of who paid for the headstone or an address to give you the correct state. -andrea On 10 Feb 2006 13:29:23 -0700, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Surnames: Mead, Ross > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/wQB.2ACE/1164 > > Message Board Post: > > I have querried the the NJ Vital statistics and they were unable to locate death certificates on the two individuals listed below. > > Cemetery is called Overlook > James F. They have clipped obits since the 1930s, and surely will search for those you need, if you either join for $10 a year, or mail a donation. -- Dolores Langley (life member, MHS) ----Original Message Follows---- From: [email protected] Subject: [NJCUMBER] Obituaries Date: 9 Feb 2006 Could someone assist me in where I would locate obituaries for 1974 & 1978 located in Millville, New Jersey? 3. I'd guess the Bridgeton Daily News or the Vineland Daily Journal. I know that the Bridgeton Daily News only has archives offline at the Bridgeton Library. I think the DJ is online only from the 1990's. I'd guess the library as well for the DJ. -andrea On 9 Feb 2006 09:34:47 -0700, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Surnames: Obituaries - Prakope & White > Classification: Query > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/wQB.2ACE/1163 > > Message Board Post: > > Could someone assist me in where I would locate obituaries for 1974 & 1978 located in Millville, New Jersey? 2. David Bates
    3. The Dare Family Tree with 65,000 connected individuals is now available for download. The files need to be unzipped once you download them, but there are databases for Family Tree Maker version 10 or 11 and version 2006, one .ged formatted database for PAF programs, and one Adobe listing of known descendants of Captain William Dare b 1653-55. (careful, its a lot of pages to print.) More family lists will be added soon. Researchers may find this tree useful - even if they are not a descendant, since so many South Jersey families married into the Dare family. Go to DareFamily.com, Click on SJ Trees, and RIGHT click and save the tree or report that you want. Hope to find more cousins out there who can contribute to the tree! Please contact me if you are listed in it! Note that living persons are listed, but dates are withheld if living. Your contributions to the tree are kept confidential in like manner.

Unfortunately I don't know when David Edwards died. I do know he was still living in Maurice River Twp. at the time of the 1860 Census. However he does not appear in the 1870 Census(including all states) or in any later census. Therefore I assume(probably not a good thing to do) that he died prior to 1870 which would mean that there would be no death certificate available showing the names of his parents.
