I am posting this with the hope that someone can give me some help with this family. This information was obtained from census data. Some of the information is in conflect with the obituaries. The two census sheets do agree. Susan Marie MCLAUGHLIN was my gr. grandmother. Census data is: 1885 Dakota Territorial Census for Fargo, Cass Co. MCLAUGHLIN, George, age 43, widowed, merchant, born Ireland, parents both born in Ireland Susan, age 20, single daughter, born Penn, father born Ireland, mother Scotland William, age 18, single son, born Penn Mary, age 17, single daughter, born Penn Annie, age 15, single daughter, born New Jersey Magie, age 13, single daughter, born New Jersey 1900 North Dakota Census for Jamestown, Stutzman Co. MCCABE, Susie born 7 Apr 1866, age 34, married 15 years, father born Ireland, mother England Susan's obituary says that her brother William was in Camden, NJ., and one sister, Mrs. Ed MCCORMICK was in Los Angeles. It also states that the MCLAUGHLIN family moved to Fargo, ND in 1882. Can anyone shed any light on Susan's parents or siblings?
