NJ (Feb) Son Geo. is in Phila. 1900 census, wife Anna Hat Former Rink, Geo Lived in: 6 Ward Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania Series: T623 Microfilm: 1454 Book: 1 Page: 276 Son Jacob is in Phila 1900, Widower with 2 sons, Hat Finisher Rink, Jacob Lived in: 31 Ward Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania Series: T623 Microfilm: 1472 Book: 2 Page: 105 Dtr. Sallie 24, single lives w/ bro. David 19 Phila. She is a Felt Hat Trimmer Rink, Sallie Lived in: 19 Ward Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania Series: T623 Microfilm: 1460 Book: 2 Page: 7 It is probable that both Geo. W, Sr. and Sophia are not living in the 1900 census or that George has died and Sophia has remarried. Hope this helps.
