In 1898 Katie Flitcroft married my ggpa, John Coulter. She indicated her father was Edward Flitcroft and mother Mary Everts[?] and that she resided in Gloucester City. Could SKS check city directories around that time and see if her father lived there, too? Also the marriage records states that she was married by a Frank[?] Smyles Justus. I'm thinking that maybe it's Frank Smyles a justice. How would I find out who he was? ANy help would be appreciated, judy
