    3. Dear Folks, Well a couple of years ago, I wrote many COURANTs. I wanted to find out about my Aunt Bessie. I got a reply from St. Petersburg, Florida, sent by Sally & Glenn COURANT that they knew my Aunt Bessie and her family, and would get back to me when once they returned from their Florida vacation. PM 26 Apr 1999 I never heard from them again. The trouble is: They did not put their snail mail address on the postcard, and I have never heard from them again, and do not remember where they lived. I *do* know it was in Camden or in Gloucester County. Granted it may have been in the 1999 phone book -- I do not know that it is in them now. Can anyone help me contact these persons?     3. Is there anyone out there who was a member or had a relative with the Bloomfield Fire company in the 1950ies? I have a picture taken 1951 in front of the fire house with what I guess were all the fireman at the time. There is a small boy with one of the men on top of the truck.     3. Ah, a blunder! I admit it! I must have been given the info just recently. A couple of weeks ago or so I was found by another STOCKHAM cousin. They gave me some data, and I entered it, not thinking of changing my notes under other STOCKHAMs, in which this mysterious problem arose. Indeed, here is the solution: Charles Jr had a syster Mary Ella STOCKHAM who married Willard Henry HINCHMAN. Helen TAYLOR is still viable as the wife of Charles Jr., as another sister, Anna Elizabeth STOCKHAM married a Joseph Woolman TAYLOR. While I am at it, though, does anyone have any connecting thread on these TAYLORs? --parents for the likely siblings Joseph Woolman TAYLOR and Helen TAYLOR? Thanks, Vince Summers

Hi, I have had listed, on the basis of an entry for WPA cemetery data by an eagle scout for Colestown Cemetery, listed: Charles STOCKHAM, s/o John Elwood Sr STOCKHAM and Mary Caldwell Rogers STOCKHAM, a wife Helen TAYLOR. I do not believe this is correct. I believe otherwise on the basis of this partial obituary from an unknown paper: *** Stockham- On the 26th inst., Charles Jr., son of John and Mary C. Stockham in his 36th year. The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, on Friday, the 29th inst. at 1 o'clock, from the residence of his brother-in-law, W. H. Hinchman, 417 Cooper Street. *** Does anyone know of the HINCHMAN? Clearly Charles is not a JR in the modern sense of the word. Charles' dad did have a very, very close brother and business partner in the lumber trade. Would it be fair to say this is where the JR comes from? Bye for now.
