Looking for information on women who played in the Burlington County League around 1938-1940. Teams included Marlton, Burlington, Riverside, Roebling, Florence, Maple Shade, Bordentown and Beverly. I am doing research for an upcoming article on women in Sports in the decade of 1930-1940. Also interested in information on May Jordan who played for the Americanettes in Madison Square Garden NY. Thanks for any help, especially with players names. Usually only the pitcher was named in the news. I think the Marlton Royals may have been champs in 1938 or it may have been Roebling.??
