The cemetery is located inside the gates of Ft. Dix. You shouldn't have a problem getting in, you can most likely get a pass at the gate. They will probably require you to show your drivers license, car registration and proof of insurance. Depending on what security alert is in effect they may search your car. And yes, my car has been searched even though I have an ID card. Not a big deal, they don't bite. The worst that will happen is that you have to turn around and leave.
