I am searching for a Samuel Budd that lived in New Mills, Burlington Co., N. J. in 1820....He is listed one of our grandfather's wills, James Ross, as the executor. He was appointed in December of 1820. Our James and Samuel must have been close to each other as James' son, James Jr. named second son, Samuel Budd Ross. Does anyone have info on this gentleman. If so I would appreciate knowing it. Thanks Marilyn Ross
