Hi Mike, Barkley N. Shemelia was born August 19, 1917 and enlisted in the Army in 1943. He died October 1990. I checked the County Clerk indexes for deeds to see if he owned a home that may have been sold after his death. It looks like his widow, Evelyn M. Shemelia is still living. The only listing for his name or hers in the deed index is a mortgage in 1973. The public records index on Ancestry shows his name and Evelyn M. Shemelia at 110 Maple Lane, Mt Holly. Her birth year is estimated to be 1921. I also checked the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News archives for an obituary for Barkley--nothing came up.
