I wanted to take time to let you all know how much I appreciate your efforts to help me... just before I ask one more time... In my ten year old research notes, on an old legal tablet, I found the following notation... Eliza Fenimore Fish d/o Joshua Eliza Fish m/o Ex-Mayor James D. Fish, widow of Charles... Eliza Fenimore Fish d/o Joshua Fenimore whose homestead... what the heck does that mean? Do any of you know this Fish-Fenimore connection. Was Mayor Fish of Beverly? Why didn't I keep better notes? (that's a rhetorical question)...which Joshua Fenimore? Oh goodness...if you can help, please write off list. Let's not bore everyone with my stupidity. Georgia Whitson
