It is cheaper to copy them in person from the NJ State Archives in Trenton--copies are 50 cents per page. To copy them at the County level was $3.00 per page last time I was there. Since you have the reference number, you can also order the will from the Archives. The price has gone up to $10 for mail order of a will from the Archives. I don't know if they copy/mail wills from the Courthouse or if you would have to research in person. Here is a link for the Courthouse.
