You might want to contact the Burlington County Historical Society (burlcohistsoc@verizon.net). The Librarian is Annie and they have an excellent Burr genealogy and plenty of Stockton information. Birth records aren't collected for NJ until 1848 so for earlier, you need either church records or family Bibles. I hope you find what you are looking for.
