I was on the web page for the Burlington County Library a few days ago looking for the Burlington Mirror.  I had hoped to download a news account of the burning of the house known as Stokingham, owned by John Stokes, son of Thomas.  I had hoped to add this article and some obits I had found there to my Stokes web page.  I lost the articles I had found when my hard drive crashed.  As I understand it to access this web page now you need to pay a $50. fee.  Can someone confirm this for me ?  I'm not going to pay the fee, I'm not going to reward what I regard as bad behavior by paying the fee.  Before I mention this on the Stokes web page I want to make sure I understand the situation correctly.                                                                                                              Jim
