I am looking for John in New Jersey because he enlisted in the 11th New Jersey Infantry and served the bulk of the Civil War, including being wounded at Gettysburg. I have no other information about his family of origin except he was born in Philadelphia and I see that Burlington County is very close geographically to Philadelphia.
