> Could any one help me find location of the Baptist cemetery in Mount Holly, > Methodist cemetery in Pemberton & Episcopal cemetery in Juliustown or how I > could locate their records. Thank Gail Baptist Cemetery, Mt. Holly - Located on Pine St., I believe it's just referred to as St. Andrew's Cemetery today. There are 3 cemeteries on the grounds - St. Andrews Episcopal, Trinity Episcopal & the Baptist Cemetery. Other Mt. Holly cemeteries are - Mt. Holly Cemetery on Ridgway St., Woodlane Cemetery on Woodlane Rd. & the Friend's Burying Ground at the corner of High St. & Garden St. Near the Friend's Burying Ground is the site of the old Presbyterian Cemetery which no longer exists, everyone was supposed to have been reinterred at the Friend's Burying Ground in 1838. Pemberton - Methodist Cemetery is located on Hanover & Egbert St. Other Pemberton Cemeteries are - Baptist Cemetery on Rt. 38. & the Odd Fellows Cemetery is off of Egbert St. I think there is also a Potter's Field across the street from the Baptist Cemetery behind some houses. I can't remember for sure since it's been a number of years since I was there. There is also a Potter's Field along Rt. 530 on the way to Browns Mills but not sure if this is Pemberton or Browns Mills area. Juliustown Methodist - I believe is along Rt. 669 in Springfield Twp. Most likely was Methodist Episcopal. I've never had a problem going to any of these cemeteries but would suggest that women do not go alone to the Pemberton Baptist Cemetery. The last two times I was there, there were 2 to 3 men living in different tall bushes and very well hidden. Keep your eye out for the slightest bit of trash around any of the big bushes. It's probably safe to be there but just wanted to warn you so you don't jump out of your skin when you hear a sneeze and there is no one else around. -- Doris
