Hello Brad and all Burlington seekers out there (and all the ships at sea.) (who is old enough to remember that?) I have much info on MY Burl Co Bryans who are, I believe, descended from Thomas Bryant (~1660-~1735) and who were plentiful in the Mt Holly Vincentown and Pemberton area. My mother was born a Bryan but by then they were in Trenton. I think this is Thomas Bryant - Elizabeth Scattergood Thomas Bryant - Susannah Hearn Hearn Bryan - Mary Eldridge Samuel Bryan -- Mary Pancoast Shedlock Bryan - Anne Budd William Bryan - Sarah Robbins James Rogers Bryan - Lydia Harker Joseph Harker Bryan - Irene Harker Dobbins (cousins) James Edward Bryan (1906-1997) - Lucile Marvin Elder (my grandparents) James Rogers Bryan (1828-1906) was probably the last to be born in Burl Co. If I remember my Mt Holly history I think that the first Thomas Bryant has a tavern there in town, I believe the one down by the dam at the end of the Main Street. When I passed through there some years ago I think I saw it. I can't tell where yours might be related but I'd be happy to give you a lot more info than the above. Unfortunately, I live in Egypt now and do not have much material at my fingertips. Among other things my History of Mt Holly is somewhere in storage. Still, I'd love to hear from you or from another of the few Bryan researchers. You are undoubtedly a very distant cousin. Doug Baker
