Hi, I am looking for Constance Jobes. She was in at least two foster homes (could she have been indentured?) and was finally adopted. She was born 10/7/1894 as far as she knew. She knew nothing about her parents or birth. Knew nothing about siblings. Don't even know if Jobes is her birth name or adoptive name, but she thought it was her birth name.
