Moorestown, NJ resident Francis P. Naylor, 64, of Moorestown, died Thursday at Virtua Mt. Holly after a brief illness. Mr. Naylor was a US Marine Corps veteran. He graduated from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) in 1972 where he majored in criminal justice. He was a police officer with the Moorestown Police Department and retired in 1990 after 26 years of service. He was also a member of the 25 Club. Mr. Naylor, the husband of the late Barbara E. (nee Taggart) is survived by three children, Francis Naylor, Jr. and his wife Colleen of Pine Hill, Denise Rowan and her husband Richard of Maple Shade, and Barbara Young and her husband David of Moorestown; a brother, Leo Naylor; and nine grandchildren, Francis, III, Derek, Kevin, Michael and Chris Naylor; Chelsea, Zachary and Andrew Rowan; and Shelby Young. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Life Celebration Sunday 7-9 PM and Monday 9-10 AM at INGLESBY/GIVNISH OF MAPLE SHADE, 600 E. Main St. Service is Monday 10 AM.
