    3. Nancy, This may not work, but I looked for my father and it didn't bring up his name. So I put in just his social security number (no other information) and it then brought it up. Don't know why this happens. My grandfather is not listed in any of the SSDI's. However, today I received his death certificate and it lists a Social Security Number.
