    2. There was the restoration of a monumental document that had been lost earlier. It was a Ledger, and is a provision for black citizens and white alike to benefit, genealogically. I suggested that the real value of the document was not in a dust-collecting publication, but in the material contained therein. Here was, what I think is an intelligent suggestion, from Paula Manzella: Hi Vince! Thanks for your comments regarding the Ledger. Unfortunately, at this time the Burlington County Library does not have the appropriate resources to undertake such a project. You may wish to voice your concerns to the NJBURLIN list. Maybe there is a kind soul who is willing to organize a transcription. Sorry the Library can't do more.
