I would like clarification on the above. If someone is listed on the 1793 Militia Census for the State of New Jersey (this being in Burlington County, under Chesterfield Twp.), does this mean that the person served during the Rev. War, or that he was simply a part of a 1793 Militia for NJ. Thank you for clarification.
