I plan to go to the State Archives this week and would be glad to copy these two for you. There would be no charge. Searches in Trenton are by year, and if the year is correct, and the spelling accurate, they will be quite easy to locate. And as a former "Shader," I am pleased to help! I'm sorry it has taken me so long to respond but I was incorrect the family member that married a Prisckett was a Monroe. I think her first name was Edna. I am in contact with her son George who is now 90 years old. I think they lived in the Moorestown, Maple Shade, Delanco area. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Chris M. Would anyone know the name of an undertaker in 1891-1892 that would have handled Jewish burials in S outh J ersey? The person I am trying to find info on is buried at the Alliance cemetery, Pittsgrove, Salem county. Likewise, I would like to find out the name of the company that made this person's tombstone. If either of these companies are still in some form of existance today, could an address be supplied? There are no cemetery or township records in existance to help me. Thank you. Thank you Kim and Phil for the information. We left Merchantville in 1961 and I've been home a few times but not for several years now. (14 Euclid Ave) Ethel
I was wondering if anyone knows if the Stephenson Funeral home in Merchantville is still operating ? If not does anyone know who took over ? Also where could I find records from this funeral home in the 30's and 40's Many thanks, Ethel

Hi. I have no info re these Adams but since they all passed in the 1930s there would be death certificates which have a lot of family information in them. Perhaps someone on the list knows how to go about getting a DC in New Jersey? Good luck, Aileen in WA **************New MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination.
