    2. from Judy Ullman _ajullman@aol.com_ (mailto:ajullman@aol.com) Dear Sue This is what you had on a Hannah Smith living by Adam Folly. They are seven pages away from each other in 1850 and 4 families away from each other in 1860. Did the census taker make a mistake or are we reading ages wrong or are they not the same person? If 1850 is correct she was b in 1762 and if 1860 is correct she was b 1782. 1850 p 220 Franklin, Bergen, NJ 249-265 John Smith, 79, farmer, all b NJ Hannah, 88 250-266 Elizabeth Smith 31 Sally Rutan, 60, pauper 1860 NJ, Bergen 410-460 Hannah Smith age 78 $200-$1000 all b NJ David Wanamaker 60 farm lavorer Mary 58 Mary Ann 14 This is what I have on Hannah Folly dgt of William Folly b according to Ramapo Lutheran Church records 18 Mar 1774 bp 8 Apr 1784. The info came from NJ Hist. Soc. Vol 8 3rd Series 1913. According to will of William Folly in 1832 she was married to John Smith when will was made. Is the person above the same person who is sister of Adam Folly? but then we have will of Hannah (Fisher) Smith d bef 17 Mar 1864 in Hohokus. In her will she leaves parts of her estate to following people: Michael Fisher, brother Rachel May wife of David May Maria Acker widow of Peter Acker Catherine Smith widow of Peter Smith Elizabeth wife of Peter Likunn David Fisher son of my brother David John A. Smith Garret A. Smith Cornelius A. Smith William Christopher Sally Smith wife of Peter Smith Elin dgt Catherine Fisher Elizabeth dgt Cornelius Quackenbush Susan Smith Two sisters Mariah and Catherine executors John A. Smith, Garret A. Smith, Cornelius A. Smith witness Levi Hopper and Jane Winter >From reading the above will you would have to assume that Hannah (Fisher) Smith had no children. Could she have been the second wife with name Hannah who married John Smith?
