You might consider writing one or more assembly persons in NJ and telling them your story and your desire to know family members. For more info about the proposed changes to the law go to NJCARE.org Your story about an ILLEGAL adoption is very interesting. We believe there may have been other illegal adoptions, that would give us more clout when trying to make the case the adoption laws should be changed.
