Both last lived in Queens, NY **Jacob Newkirk died May 9, 1888 - and his wife Elizabeth Brinkerhoff, died Dec. 2, 1891 - lived in , Jersey City (43 Durham Ave) **Garret J. I get the NY Times historical through my local library (thier at home acces online databases), you might look at your library's resources, because typing in Newkirk & New Jersey, brought up something like almost 500 entires.
