If a relative died in Ridgewood between 1896 and 1906 where would they be buried? The last name is Stonehouse from Holland. Two of the Stonehouse's died after the 1895 census and before the 1900 census(Gelto and Nandala Stonehouse)not sure of the spellings on those first names. The third Stonehouse(possibly Lambert)born in 1835 in Holland)dies in Ridgewood between 1906 and 1910. I have looked on findagrave.com and all over Ancestry.com....can't find a clue. So if you aren't well off and you die in Ridgewood between 1896 and 1906 and are Dutch....where would you end up? They came to the US in approx. 1880 from the Netherlands. Gelto's son is my great grandfather Uipko Stonehouse. I appreciate any guidance anyone has...my next step is to start walking cemetaries in the area.
