Louise Henriette Williamos About March 1789, a note appears in the Records of the Overseers of the Poor, Franklin Township, Bergen County, NJ -- By Cash paid Lawyer Wade to plead against Baron Van Rottenburgh £0.12.0. Baron de Rottenbourgh and his wife, Louise Henriette de Rottenbourgh, nee Williamos, and a prob. relative, Philip Auguste Hennequin de Rottenbourgh, were naturalized in the State of New York between 6 Feb 1788 and 12 Apr 1792 Bergen Co. Deed (F:205, 23 Mar 1790): Bergen County ss: State of New Jersey to our Sheriff of our County of Bergen. (LS) Greeting we command you that of the goods and chattels, lands and tenements in your Bailiwick of William Earnest Baron Van Rottenburgh you cause to be made as well a certain debt of 25 pounds, 7 shillings & 7 pence proclamation money of New Jersey which Peter Tebow lately in our inferior Court of Common Pleas at New Barbadoes in and for Co. Bergen recovered against him as also 6 pounds two shillings and 3 pence like money which in our said Court before the judges aforesaid were adjudged to the said Peter for his damages which he hath sustained as well as occasion of the detaining that debt as for his costs and charges by him about his suit in that behalf expended wereof the said William Earnest Baron Van Rottenburgh is convicted as appears of record and have you those monies before the Judges aforesaid at New Barbadoes aforesaid the second Tuesday in June next to render unto the said Peter for his debt and damages aforesaid and have you then there this write.
