Sorry about that, forgot to include the list of places. I have found numerous pictures among my own and my parents collections, but would like to find pictures of the following places from around 1955 - 1980. The circle up by the train tracks. The Park. Duck Pond and T&W ice cream. Mama Rosas Pizza, in Ridgewood. Not in Ridgewood but also interested in pictures of Clixes, Tices Farms, Johnny and Hanges, Jahns. To recap what I wrote before... since I began work on books about Ridgewood that I am writing. I have moved and am in the process of setting up a new office space. I have the opportunity to completely redo the theme of the office space and surround myself with books and pictures that will spark more ideas for the books. Can anyone point to pictures of the following places. Thank you so much in advance. Laurie Beth Roman

I have been working on trying to find that connection. I do have a picture of Dan, Frank, John, Pa, Ma Christie, Aunt Edie Cruson and Uncle Jake Cruson. Edie and Jake are my Great Great grandparents. The picture says that it was taken on Morlot Ave., Fair Lawn, N.J. I found them (the Christie's) on that street in the 1920 and 1930 census. Albert was still alive as of the 1930 census. I would be happy to give you what information that I have.

Letters to the Editor - The Bergen Record - Thursday 1 Feb 2007 My name is Patrick Lernout. I live in Waregem, Belgium, about a mile from the American Flanders Field Military Cemetery. I am interested in the history of World War 1, so this cemetery has my special attention. I started to write a book about soldiers who gave their lives for our freedom and who are buried here. I think it would be a nice tribute to them. One of them is Charles Stalter, who lived in 1918 in Park Ridge. He was killed in action 31 Oct 1911, 11 days before the end of the war. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has information on or access to his history, addresses, pictures. Hi! I just discovered through a chain of things, that my mom's first husband's father was Percy Samuel Arthur RICHARDSON of England, who eventually settled in Bergen County, NJ. He came from England, via Ellis Island, to New York (Kings County) in 1909. His family followed suit in 1910, and consisted of Helen "Ellen" M. and Roy Lambert RICHARDSON. In New York, two additional children were born: Donald W. and Kathleen E. Does any of this ring a bell with a lister? Or does anyone have anything on these ones? Thanks! Vince Summers P. S. Donald was born about 1913 - 1914. Roy about 1909, and Kathleen about 1914 - 1915.
