Thanks for the info, I will try this....I don't know for sure but would presume that he was buried in a Catholic Church. I have contacted a couple but am not for sure if it is in Passaic or Bergen county...I know that HE / THEY lived in Clifton, Passaic, Wallington, Garfield....I came back East in 05 and went to Trenton to find a birth Certificate for My DAD but they didn't have one...? Again thanks for the info....For now and till then. I have a little predicament here...Just found an obit for my Grandfather the passed March 21, 1955 JOHN CERULLO...in the Herald News and saying that MARROCCO MEMORIAL HOME officiated but they didn't say where he was buried....I checked on the internet and there is no Herald News listed and also for MARROCCO in Passaic / Clifton listed... Is there anyway that I might find where he is interred. Thanks and have a good one...for now and till then. JOHN PS; I live in KANSAS
Does anyone have access to any directories around 1930? Or any church or cemetery lists? I'm searching for any information about this family....last found in the 1930 census, indexed as Wetherbge. The family was: John/Jonathan B. WETHERBEE, b. c. 1866, VT his wife Frances/Fannie, b. c. 1867, NY son Leslie E., b. Nov. 1895, NY daughter Kathleen, b. c. 1906, NY In 1930 Kathleen was living with her parents and husband (indexed as William BUTTER (I think this was really BUTLER). They had a child William R., aged 3 6/12. In her brother Leslie's obit. she was referred to as Kathleen ALLEN. (What happened to the Butler/Butter husband??). I'd also like to find when/where John died.....possibly in Ridgefield? He *may have* died just before the census, although he *is* listed on it. Francis was still alive in March of 1951, as she is mentioned in Leslie's obit. too. I'd like to find where John and Frances are buried too. Last question - where is the nearest Episcopal church to Ridgefield, and is there a churchyard? TIA, Dianne ************************************** Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL at http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour

'Thirty-Seven Cemeteries' by Herbert S Ackerman and Arthur J Goff, pub. 1946 contain the records ot the French Cemetery at Kinderkamack - New Bridge [pp.68-71]. Cemetery Tomb Stone Inscriptions, copied about 1916, by George H Budke list the same cemetery records as 'The "Old French" Burial Ground, between River Edge and North Hackensack, New Bridge, NJ [#1271-1401]. Some of the stones are very old.. Died 1758, aged 81.4.- . born abt 1677. Died 1759, aged 83.8.-, born abt 1676. Is this cemetery still extant or has it been bulldozed? Need directions to cemetery. Born around 1837 or 1833. His wife was from Florida, Mary and their children were John (lincoln) born 1865, James born 1870, Ella born 1865. Could your John that has a sister Ella be the same? John Francis was a Union officer who served as a commander of Black troops in Manatee Florida, also served at Fredericksburg and Gettysburg. I am looking for my 3rd great aunt Emma Key. Here is what I know..... Emma Key b. 1867 in New Jersey she was the daughter of William Key and Sarah M (Dean) Key. She never married. she is one of 8 children (I do have their names if needed.) 1880 census she was in Fort Lee, 1900 census Kearney and 1910 Census Cliffside Park on Anderson Ave. I have not found her in the 1920 census but know that she was still alive because in 1932 I have a letter from the NJ State Hospital at Greystone (Morris County) regarding her health. The letter was written to my Great Grandfather on March 30th 1932. It stated that Miss Emma Key was suffering from Pulmonary Tuberculosis and had been transferred to the the Tubercular Building and she was in bed in rather poor condition. So my belief is that she probibly died around and after March 30th of 1932. Both my 2nd cousin and I are searching to find a death date and where she may be burried but haven't had luck. we have done a Morris County Search for her death certificste from 1932 to 1935 by my beleif is that it might be listed in Bergen County because that is where she lived all her life and also her last place of residence. Any info would be so helpful Thanks in advance Karen Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
