There were a couple, but we all knew who they were and busted their balloons pretty quickly. The guys I knew from about age 20 on were all too mature to pull that little stunt, with one notable exception. And I'm not sure what his motivation was; I suspect that it was insecurity about his ability to hang onto a girl, not attempts to impress his buddies. Personally, I think that men are pretty wonderful creatures, despite the bad press they're getting from feminist groups.
