No more Hackney's,sad to say. Tony Grant...now that is a name out of the past! My PopPop was an accountant who did the accounting work for the man who had all the arcade machines on the Steele Pier.I used to go with him on the day every month he went to work at the pier. I would be allowed to go to all the shows,and play all the games I wanted.Once I even got a free ride on the diving bell!
